- To be the first point of contact for customers.
- Dealing with high call volumes on a daily basis.
- To manage issues when customers are wishing to speak to a “Manager”.
- Buddy up new Customer Relation Managers to assist in their induction.To be the first person responsible for serious issues on behalf of the Company and escalate as appropriate.
- To ascertain necessary information and respond to the customer’s satisfaction.
- To alert the Senior Customer Relations Managers and Head of Customer Relations of potential issues, likely to affect the business.
- Inform Technical Services of quality problems and trends.
- Liaise with all areas of the business and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To forward product complaints to suppliers and monitor response.
- To take telephone calls and send correspondence to departments within the business on their issues.
- To respond to customers on accidents in store and pass to insurance if relevant.
- To open post and log on a daily basis.
- Any other duties as requested by Line Manager.

- Retail customer relations experience desirable Good keyboard skills.
- Proven Verbal Communication Skills.
- Proven Written Communication Skills/Letter Writing Skills.
- Proven Interpersonal Skills.
- Proven managing conflict Skills.
- Planning and organising skills.
- Team Player.Able to work on own initiative.
- Customer Relations Experience (desirable).
