HR Duties:
- All aspect of HR Advising on employee relations e.g. maternity and paternity
- Handling disciplinarians and grievance procedures and advising managers.
- Dealing with whole recruitment cycle
- New starters and contracts
- Providing HR reports where necessary
- Monitoring sickness etc
- Reporting to the employee relations Director
Who we're looking for
- Proven HR and ER Skills.
- Background in Retail / FMCG market place desirable but not essential.
- Ability to advise personnel of different levels within the business.
- Proven Verbal Communication Skills.
- Proven Written Communication Skills.
- Planning and organising skills.
- Team Player.
- Able to work on own initiative.
Ability to prioritise workload.
