Recruitment Specialist

The role of Recruitment Specialist will be to manage the recruitment for two sites, provide guidance to line managers, liaison with external suppliers, sift CVs, carry out initial interviews, shortlist and offer stage.

This role reports into the HR Manager.

Who we're looking for

The successful applicant must have a proven track record in a similar role, either within a company or an agency.  You must also have the ability to liaise with internal and external customers in a professional and proficient manner.

The ability to develop procedures and systems would also be highly advantageous.

This is a 12 month contract role, therefore the candidate must be able to commit for that duration.
