- Ensure all terms and conditions are negotiated with agencies prior to using them
- Ensure vacancy list is updated on a weekly basis and placed on notice board
- Create Internal and External job adverts
- Meet with recruiting line manager to do source and selection contract
- Ensure requisition completed for all vacancies and authorised by relevant managers
- Liaise with agencies for placing role
- Collate and shortlist CV’s
- Organise interviews and diary availability with recruiting managers
- Provide advice, guidance and support to managers regarding recommendations for recruitment
- Continually undertake a review of recruitment strategy to ensure that agency suppliers meet business needs
- Continually undertake a review of the assessment tools available to ensure that most appropriate ones are selected for each role within the business (ideally be SHL qualified)
- Attend and undertake interviews where required
- Utilise Talent Review Process (TRP) to highlight potential employees for vacancies
- Utilise online job boards for vacancies where appropriate
- Provide candidate interview feedback
- Manage staff introduction scheme
- Liaise with agency/candidate when making offer and ensure relevant offer form completed and authorised
- Ensure written offer sent within 1 working day of verbal offer being made
- Track Recruitment KPI’s
- Maintain all UK roles
