Areas of responsibility for the role of Property Secretary will include:
- Diary Management
- Arranging meetings both internally and externally
- Producing and distributing agendas
- Minute taking
- Preparation of company reports
- Audio and Copy typing
- Liaising with various external consultants over the telephone
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Any ad hoc duties as and when required
Who we're looking for
Key skills required for the role of Property Secretary will involve:
- A proven Administrative and/or Secretarial background is essential to secure this role
- Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (grades C and above) or equivalent
- Prior exposure to working within the Property sector is desirable but not essential
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Works well within a team but can work independently on tasks with minimal supervision
- Typing speed of 50wpm
- Is professional and well presented at all times
- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
About our client
The successful candidate will be expected to manage diaries and arrange meetings both internally and externally. They will be responsible for the smooth running of the office and the preparation of company specific reports using audio and copy typing skills (min speed 50 wpm).
