Finance Team Managers

Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a team of Team Leaders and Administrators to meet/exceed performance targets
- Recommend resources/equipment/systems required to meet short term requirements and future needs
- Ensure performance development plans are created and delivered and conduct formal performance reviews.
- Liaise with other departments and build relationships to enable good communication at all times
- Deal with technical issues or difficult queries that have been escalated by Supervisors
- Constantly seeking ways to improve quality and standards of work and employees.
- Pro-actively identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement.
- Help to lead, drive and implement projects, operational reviews and initiatives
- Ensure a consistent approach across all teams
- Lead the team to produce up to date management information and measurements against departmental KPIs and SLAs
Who we're looking for
Ideally candidates will have:-
- Experience of managing, leading, engaging and developing people
- High level of technical knowledge and experience of working within the area of specialisation
- Good IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Good organisational skills with the ability to organise own and others work
- A real team player with a motivating and friendly manner
- Strong (oral and written) communication and financial administration skills
- Proven ability to drive and influence a large team
Fluent Dutch speakers would be advantageous, but not essential
