Finance Team Leaders

The successful candidates will be required to undertake the following duties:-
- Manage team resources to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor and maximise each individuals performance and to carries out monthly performance reviews
- Train and develop all staff
- Handle complex and unusual tasks, providing an escalation point for administrators
- Proactively seek to improve processes, systems etc.
- Maximise quality, performance and customer satisfaction
- Record and report performance against agreed standards
- Constantly seek ways to improve quality and standards of work and employees
- Assist Managers to lead, drive and implement projects, operational reviews and initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments to ensure feedback on service levels and process etc improvement
- Develop relationships with support departments to ensure the appropriate service is provided for the team
- Ensure consistency of approach across all teams and positively promote the image of the Financial Operations department
- To balance workloads and agree daily working arrangements of team (including overtime requirements)
Who we're looking for
Ideally candidates will have:-
- Relevant experience of successful management of a finance team
- A real team player with a motivating and friendly manner
- High level of technical knowledge and experience of working within the area of specialisation
- Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Good organisational skills with the ability to organise own and others work
- Proven ability of having to work with and understand a variety of systems and/or processes
- Strong (oral and written) communication and financial administration skills
Fluent Dutch speakers would be advantageous, but not essential
