- Effectively manage a Reconciliations team ensuring that all individual and team targets, service level agreements and objectives are met.
- Ensure that the Society’s 5 core values; Respect, Honesty, Professionalism, Customer Focus and Commercial Awareness are an integral part of service delivery and run through all aspects of the team’s daily workloads.
- To ensure all reconciliations are completed in and documented with adequate back up information, with discrepancies properly identified and corrected in a timely manner.
- To ensure regulatory returns are completed correctly in a timely manner.
- To ensure processes, procedures and FSA and HMRC regulations are adhered to.
- To ensure any breaches in regulations caused by the team are identified, resolved and properly recorded in a timely manner.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results driven and have a background in Investment Administration, a good working knowledge of HMRC CTF, PEP, ISA and FSA regulations and Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. As this is a designated T&C role under FSA regulations, the successful candidate will be required to take and pass related exams within a set period of time.
