Ø To ensure the used equipment accounting balance sheet accounts are reconciled and accurate:
Ø Inventory accounts
Ø Cost of sale reserve account
Ø Trade-in suspense reserves
Ø Equipment not delivered account
Ø To liaise with used equipment sales co-ordinators to produce accurate monthly sales analysis for commission purposes.
Ø To ensure the revenue and gross profit margins for Heavy Construction, General Construction & all regions used equipment are correct on a monthly basis via the sales analysis.
Ø To review aged used equipment reserves for potential release.
Ø Reconciliation of the EMS suspense accounts to zero on a monthly basis to ensure all transactions are processed from purchasing to EMS.
Ø Maintenance of the Equipment Accounting elements of DBS for used equipment.
Ø Production of all used equipment accounting reporting for the business.
Ø Production of adhoc reports as requested.
Ø Production of KPIs.
Ø Providing cover for other team members.
Who we're looking for
Ø Recognised Accountancy qualification e.g. AAT qualified / studying ACCA or CIMA intermediate level.
Ø Ability to work in a team.
Ø Able to communicate with a wide range of internal staff.
Ø Planning and organisation skills.
Ø Microsoft Office skills.
