M.I.M Team Leader

Key responsibilities for the role of Team Leader will include:

• To provide advice on agreed policy area
• To provide guidance to less experienced members of the team in order to resolve non-routine matters and report back to the Manager as and when necessary
• Leading a team of 10 Advisors and developing individual team members where relevant
• Coaching and motivating team members
• Monitoring team members holiday and sickness
• Monitoring absence and lateness and taking further action as and when needed
• One to one’s with individual team members
• Training and development
• Recruitment and selection of new team members
• Monitoring call levels and quality of customer service

Who we're looking for

Key skills required for the role of Team Leader will involve:

• A proven background in Managing/Supervising a team of at least 10 people is essential to secure this role
• Prior exposure to working within a Financial industry is desirable
• Excellent people management skills and the ability to coach and develop others
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent organization skills with an ability to prioritise ones workload
• Educated to A Level stand (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above (or equivalent)

If you have a proven background as a Team Leader supervising a minimum of 10 people then this could be the role for you. The successful candidate will have monitored holiday and sickness, coached and motivated a team and will have prior exposure to recruiting members of staff.
