Key responsibilities for the role of Team Leader will include:
- To provide advice on agreed policy area
- To provide guidance to less experienced members of the team in order to resolve non-routine matters and report back to the Manager as and when necessary
- Leading a team of 10 Advisors and developing individual team members where relevant
- Coaching and motivating team members
- Monitoring team members holiday and sickness
- Monitoring absence and lateness and taking further action as and when needed
- One to one’s with individual team members
- Training and development
- Recruitment and selection of new team members
- Monitoring call levels and quality of customer service
Who we're looking for
Key skills required for the role of Team Leader will involve:
- A proven background in Managing/Supervising a team of at least 10 people is essential to secure this role
- Prior exposure to working within a Financial industry is desirable
- Excellent people management skills and the ability to coach and develop others
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organization skills with an ability to prioritise ones workload
- Educated to A Level stand (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above (or equivalent)
