Accounts Payable Manager

General duties will include -
- Managing a team of department managers and team leaders
- Over-seeing a large team of Purchase Ledger clerks
- Design and implement improvement programmes to raise efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer service
- Train and motivate staff to maximise contribution
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and customer contacts
- Provide appropriate Management Information and Reports
Who we're looking for
We are looking for candidates with the following skill set -
- Experience of managing, leading and developing people
- A real team player with a motivating & friendly manner
- High level of technical knowledge and experience of working within Purchase Ledger
- Successful at designing and implementing procedures
- Excellent organisational skills
Fluent Dutch speakers would be advantageous, but not essential
