Supplier Reconciliations Analyst

As a Supplier Reconciliations Analyst, your primary function will be to maintain a professional working relationship with suppliers to ensure a high level of customer service and accurate accountability of supplier payments. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide reconciliation support to the Supplier Accounts Analyst
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations for supplier accounts
  • Responsibility for the management, issue resolution and margin analysis of supplier accounts
  • Follow up overnight match reports
  • Prepare regional and store analysis of unmatched documents by supplier
  • Identify opportunities for improvement for processes, procedures and systems
  • Investigate large invoice and credit match variance by publisher & supplier
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis on the supplier accounts as required by the business

Who we're looking for

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with little or no experience within accounts to start their career within a fast paced organisation. The successful individual will be required to study for AAT, CIMA or ACCA and full study support will be provided.

You must have the ability to demonstrate good communication skills, excellent time management and attention to detail. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
