The role will comprise of:
- Investigate present claims to insurers and solicitors
- Record all new claims
- Invoice details
- 3 Monthly audit
- Assist with management statistics and reports
- Train claims handlers on technical and procedural issues
- Ensure compliance is upheld
- Raise insurance risk issues
Who we're looking for
You will be a good communicator, preferably have previously worked within an insurance claims environment and have a high standard of computer literacy.
