The purpose of this Part-time HR Administrator role is to provide clerical, administrative and secretarial support to the HR team.
- Maintain and update personnel records and information using the HR Database
- Assist the HR Officer in the maintenance and development of the HR Computerised system/HR Intranet
- Assist with the production of management information reports Provide support with the recruitment of permanent and temporary staff
- Undertake ad-hoc HR projects
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all members of staff and contacts
- Ensure a healthy and safe working environment
Who we're looking for
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be efficient and logical in problem-solving and have the ability to use your initiative.
