P/T HR Administrator

The purpose of this Part-time HR Administrator role is to provide clerical, administrative and secretarial support to the HR team.       

  • Maintain and update personnel records and information using the HR Database       
  • Assist the HR Officer in the maintenance and development of the HR Computerised system/HR Intranet       
  • Assist with the production of management information reports        Provide support with the recruitment of permanent and temporary staff      
  • Undertake ad-hoc HR projects      
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all members of staff and contacts       
  • Ensure a healthy and safe working environment

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be efficient and logical in problem-solving and have the ability to use your initiative.
