Job Description

The Workforce Administrator will be responsible for providing outsourced administration for payroll, talent management and HR information services. Duties will be extremely varied, but will include:

  • Loading payroll information onto the systems
  • Checking payroll details
  • Producing regular monthly and bi-monthly reports on a variety of metrics e.g. staff turnover, sickness, diversity etc...
  • Liaising with the central HR and payroll teams
  • Uploading new jobs onto the system

The Successful Applicant

To apply for this role you must have an administration background in the health care sector, or HR experience. You must be a strong communicator as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a permanent job opportunity, which offers a competitive initial salary of £19,000-£20,0000 (this will be increased with salary reviews where appropriate). Study support will be given to the right candidate for related qualifications. My client offers excellent further benefits.
