Job Description

Provide a full payroll service for all UK based employees, ensuring all payments are made on due dates

Dealing with payroll queries

Running and distribution of payroll report to Finance Director

Maintain a clear payroll audit trail

Identify and implement continuous improvement activities relating to process and systems

Adhere to compliance of payroll operations, regulations and standard and good practices

Completion of monthly payroll which includes data preparation and input in to 3 different computerised payroll systems

Ensure all voluntary deductions are calculated correctly

Liaise with HMRC

The Successful Applicant

Excellent communication skills

Able to work in a busy and pressurised environment within a sole charge payroll role

Liaising with senior managers

Knowledge of IT systems
