About Our Client
My Client is an International Distribution Organisation based in Coventry. They are a very well established brand and are currently seeking a Training Administrator to work within there busy Learning and Development Team.
As the Training Administrator you will be working along side the Learning and Development Manager and other trainers to establish training requirements within the business. You will organise training events, room bookings, travel and accommodation and will support all trainers by creating Training Packs. You will also manage and maintain accurate training records and collate post training feedback to share with relevant trainers.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for the Training Administrator role must
- Have a proven track record of providing admin and support within a L&D environment
- Have previously worked to targets and deadlines
- Have excellent written and verbal communication
- Have the ability to plan and organise work load
