About Our Client

My client are currently looking to recruit a Training Administrator on a permanent contract to be based at their offices in Winsford.

Job Description

  • As a Training Administrator you will be reporting into the Training Manager and your responsibilities will include:
  • Arranging and coordinating training courses training courses
  • Supporting the logistics for the Academy events (including liaising with suppliers and internal customers) and training sessions, hosting as required.
  • Providing support in the development of strategic site initiatives
  • Contributing to the development of internal communications programmes
  • Monitoring and reporting on the employee survey
  • Contributing to the development of accredited training programmes
  • Providing admin support to Site GM as required

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previously worked in a similar role (Essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Essential)
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office packages (Essential)
  • Great organisational and coordination skills (Essential)
