Job Description

  • Product Sample Management for the separate teams
  • New Product Set-up Support for Key account managements
  • Holding and update Promotional planning document
  • Weekly sales reporting collation for the flash sales report
  • SAP reporting for the sales team
  • Collating the monthly sales meeting presentations and taking minutes within meetings
  • Collating quarterly business reviews for key accounts
  • Update centrally held key account objectives document

  • SAP knowledge would be beneficial

What's on Offer

New temporary sales support administrator role based in Chertsey, Surrey working for a reputable, well known brand. The role will be supporting 10 members of the sales teams and knowledge of SAP would be advantageous. The role will be starting immediately and will be paying a competitive hourly rate on an ongoing basis for minimum six months. The ideal candidate will need to have advanced knowledge of excel.
