Job Description

  • Product Sample Management
  • New Product Set-up Support for Key Account Managers
  • Hold and update Promo planning document across all channels
  • Sales Flash Report weekly collation and publish to all stakeholders
  • SAP reporting for Sales Team
  • Collate and publish key take outs from weekly stock and sales
  • Collate the monthly Sales meeting presentation and meeting minutes
  • Collate and publish monthly reports highlighting threats and opportunities by account & category
  • Collate Quarterly Business reviews - for Key accounts
  • Take and publish minutes and actions
  • Update centrally held Key account objectives document

What's on Offer

New temporary sales support administrator role based in Chertsey, Surrey working for a reputable well known brand. The role will be on an ongoing temporary basis for six months initially with the view to being extended. The role will be paying up to £13.33 per hour based on experience and the candidate will need to be available on short notice.
