About Our Client

My client is within the professional services industry based in Teddington, Middlesex.

Job Description

  • To manage the dedicated Sales Desk- Ensuring all incoming emails are responded to within the agreed timelines and escalated or reassigned as necessary.
  • To complete Webshop registrations and email customers log-in details
  • To respond to telephone enquiries inbound and outbound
  • To work closely with the Customer Service team and Internal Sales Specialists
  • To process new account applications for the business sector and issue Welcome Packs to customers
  • Ensure completion of New Account Classification Forms
  • To be responsible for processing Internal Orders
  • To ensure new records are maintained and forwarded to the relevant Customer Service Desk for onward distribution.
  • To provide back up support to the Order Processing Function and all email accounts
  • To set-up new products in IFS as needed to respond to enquiries within the process guidelines to ensure integrity of data and price maintenance.
  • To complete, file and return Supplier Questionnaires and end of Month Quality and Health and Safety Reports.
  • To be actively involved in the continuous improvement of all processes affecting the sales office and projects evolving from that.
  • To keep abreast of IFS systems developments and changes to the optimisation processes

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience of using a CRM system previously
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of working within an administrative role previously
