About Our Client

Our client are a well known luxury retailer based in the London West End.

Job Description

To provide administrative support to the HR Manager covering

  • New starters and leavers
  • Maintaining personnel files
  • Looking after the HR database
  • Being the first point of contact
  • Assisting the HR Manager with projects and tasks

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be immediately available
  • Be happy working 15-20 hours a week
  • Have an interest in luxury retail
  • Have a business or HR related degree
  • Be CIPD qualified
  • Be looking for a foot in the door to a career in HR
  • Be fashion focused and passionate about HR
