About Our Client

My client is in the retail industry based in Woking, Surrey.

Job Description

  • Populate customer orders on to the system
  • Check orders and fix issues as required
  • Invoice checks, sales conditions and price
  • Manage Out of Stock situations
  • Manage disputes and the returns
  • Communicate with Customers via Telephone, Email and via Website
  • Identify the customer needs and suggest added value services
  • Prepare the customer operational meeting
  • Liaise with the customer service in Europe concerning order fulfillment and product availability
  • Work with National Account Managers and Sales Advisors
  • Attend regular meetings to discuss orders and customer service

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong Customer Focus
  • Proven excellent written and spoken English
  • Relevant experience in Customer Services function
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Positive and can do attitude
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain a professional and flexible attitude
  • The ability to perform well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred
