About Our Client

My client is a well known company within the manufacturing industry, based in Sunbury-on-Thames, Middlesex.

Job Description

  • Dealing with high volume of incoming customer services calls

  • To gather and log the call correctly with all relevant information

  • Manage all outbound calls to internal staff and customers

  • To administer and provide highest levels of service to regional accounts

  • To assist in the preparation of valuations

  • To assist and conduct Client web updates

  • Review and action all "call types" to ensure all response deadlines are met with 95% achievement.

  • Receive and process all inbound calls

  • Review client invoices with appropriate paperwork for despatch

  • Assist in achieving all KPI's

  • To undertake specific tasks as and when requested

  • Previous customer service knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good numeracy and grammar is essential
  • Proactive and forward thinking

What's on Offer

New ongoing temporary customer service advisor role in Sunbury-On-Thames, Middlesex. This role will be dealing with a large number of customer service queries and ensuring all customer requests are dealt with in a timely manner. You must be available immediately and able to commit to a temporary contract for a minimum of four to six months.
