About Our Client

My client is looking for a Temp Customer Service Advisor for a two week booking.

Job Description

  • Maintain the consumer data base
  • Respond to consumer queries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure that the consumer is always put first and left satisfied with the service they received enough to recommend Personal Care to others.
  • Manage the consumer processes, liaising with Regulatory and quality control departments.
  • Measure and communicate consumer data to the business on a monthly and quarterly basis.

The Successful Applicant

Must be immediately available to start a role for a minimum term of two weeks.m

Must have customer service experience on the telephone.
