Our client is a leading Financial Services organisation with premises based in Stirling.

Job Description

The successful Team Secretary will have the following responsibilities:

  • Diary Management
  • Attending meetings/ Minute taking
  • Event Co-ordination
  • Preparing presentations/ board packs
  • Screening calls/ emails/ letters
  • First point of contact for a Management team of 3 people.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a previous working knowledge of a similar role, and will be comfortable operating in a Professional Services environment. They will have strong minute taking experience and be adept to operating in a fast paced environment.
