About Our Client

Our client, a world-leading financial services company are looking to recruit an experienced Team Secretary to join their expanding team on a temporary basis

Job Description

The duties of the Team Secretary include, but are not limited to:-

  • Scheduling of meeting
  • Multiple diary management - ensuring there are no clashes across the team
  • Typing and formatting documents to a high standard - adhering to company branding and compliance
  • Dealing with confidential data
  • Preparing materials for client meetings and events
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Processing expenses
  • Supporting other Team Secretaries as required
  • Other ad hoc administrative and secretarial duties as required

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Team Secretary role will possess:-

  • Experience within a similar secretarial role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook including, strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Good verbal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • The ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong time management skills
