About Our Client

Our client, a leading technology and manufacturing business are looking for an immediately available Team Coordinator to join their team on a 3 month temporary basis. There is potential for this role to be made permanent

Job Description

Duties of the Team Coordinator include, but are not limited to:-

      • Purchase Order raising and tracking using SAP
      • Working closely with team members in Accounts
      • Ensuring PO accuracy and compliance
      • Training other team members to raise and use the Purchase Order system
      • Responsible for managing the training across the business on SAP
      • Track budgets
      • Order stationery
      • Schedule meetings and resource booking including team meetings / supplier meetings / external meetings, ordering and delivering of lunches, tea / coffee.
      • Distribution of incoming and outgoing post
      • Ensuring departmental reports and resource trackers are completed and distributed.
      • Involvement in job role specific projects for process improvements within the department.
      • NDA's, set up new suppliers on SAP, set up SAP delegates within IT
      • IT weekly report created in SharePoint then sent out to IT team.
      • Organise induction for new starters to the team
      • Travel booking - travel itineraries for departmental members including flights, trains, taxis, car hire and hotels

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the role of Team Coordinator will possess:-

  • Experience of working in a team co-ordination role
  • SAP experience or the ability to raise POs

  • Experience of arranging international travel

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.

  • An understanding of IT products and services (desirable).

  • Confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information

  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills

  • Able to think "on your feet"

  • Self-starter who sees things to completion

  • Positive 'can do' attitude

  • Strong team player and ambassador for the team

What's on Offer

This role would suit an experienced PA or someone looking to move into a PA role. SAP experience is essential.
