About Our Client

Job Description

The job will involve:

  • Performing administrative duties to an exceptional standard to a set time scale and budget
  • Undertaking duties individually and as part of a team involving maintaining financial information and documentation, and managing mini projects to completion stage
  • Collating information and forming reports
  • Producing and updating documents
  • Updating databases and local departmental systems
  • Maintaining the highest standards at absolutely all times
  • Learning new skills regarding new systems and policies

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have significant knowledge of administrative support roles
  • Be extremely familiar with Microsoft Office systems
  • Be willing to learn and develop in on the job training
  • Have exemplary multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • Have knowledge of diary management, travel bookings, meeting bookings and supporting a fast-paced team
  • Have excellent communication skills, face-to-face and on the phone
