Job Description

The ideal candidate for this Team Assistant position in London will be/have:

  • A background in an administrative environment and FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Contribute to projects and activities as appropriate for the team.
  • Be proactive and provide support for leaders/managers.
  • Responsible for purchasing necessary office supplies and stationary for the team.
  • Establishing effective office systems and procedures.
  • Minute taking.
