About Our Client

A tight-knit team of two who work tirelessly to secure Leadership development opportunities for students from huge named brands and industry professionals. The team hosts up to two events per week entertaining a number of high net worth individuals and Senior Executives. As Team Administrator you will provide a range of support in all aspects of the business including interaction with a number of VIP clients.

Job Description

As Team Administrator you will:-

  • Input data into the CRM system
  • Track event progress through CRM processing all incoming nominations and attendees
  • Produce and issue relevant information to attendees including, invoices
  • Prepare promotional packs for distribution
  • Communicate travel and accommodation arrangements across various departments
  • Manage the stock for office and event stationary
  • Manage various database tracking membership, contact details, suppliers etc
  • perform adhoc administration

The Successful Applicant

As Team Administrator you will:-

  • Have previous experience working as an administrator and a great understanding of process
  • Maintain a professional manner at all times
  • Be vibrant and enthusiastic
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Able to act autonomously
  • Have an understanding of corporate events
