Job Description

The Team administrator's responsibilities will include:

  • General administrative tasks including: the scheduling of meetings, drafting agenda's, organising travel arrangements and minute-taking.
  • Diary and inbox management
  • Communication with external and internal stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

The successful Team Administrator will have experience with wide-ranging administrative tasks. Exposure and enthusiasm for working within the not-for-profit sector is desirable but not essential.

Strong communication, literacy and IT skills are required to deal with both external and internal stakeholders.

What's on Offer

Paying between £11-14 ph depending upon experience. Along with the chance for contract extension for the successful candidate.
