About Our Client

Our client are fast growing successful start up who provide rigorous statistical and mathematical analysis to the investment management industry.

Job Description

  • To create manage and co-ordinate all learning activities (source venues, source external trainers, manage budgets and co-ordinate diaries etc)
  • To create manage and co-ordinate assessment days for graduates (attending graduate fairs, contacting Universities, creating a campaign and co-coordinating)
  • To assist recruiters with sourcing, candidate management, giving feedback, offer letter and contracts.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • a 2:1 degree from a top 20 University
  • Have 3 A-levels (or equivalent) grade A-C
  • Be entrepreneurial
  • Have an interest in talent
  • Have some working experience within HR/L&D/Recruitment or Talent
