Job Description

Course Scheduling

  • Efficient and timely scheduling and management of all aspects of the core course programmes from interns to directors( approx 270 pa) including;
  • Scheduling of trainers to deliver appropriate courses
  • Liaising with business managers/directors to secure them as co trainers/facilitators
  • Interaction with individual disciplines to minimise diary clash of courses with discipline run training courses..
  • Book appropriate delegates on courses
  • Forward plan all future courses to ensure maximum delegate capacity
  • Effectively source replacement trainers/delegates to backfill dropouts
  • Resource management including rooms, laptops and materials

  • Manage the supply of core course material for each training location and quarterly stock take
  • Send all pre/post course work to trainers/delegates
  • Send feedback requests and collate all feedback for each core course
  • Support the TD team with any aspect of bespoke courses
  • Support the IT learning team with any aspect of bespoke courses
  • Liaising with external suppliers
  • Continuous improvement of the whole scheduling process

LMS Management

  • Weekly updating of the LMS database with new starters/leavers/promotions/transfers
  • Assigning new consultants/managers to appropriate waiting lists for relevant courses
  • Executing bi-annual audits
  • Running ad hoc reports as required
  • Main point of contact for LMS issue resolution
  • Liaison with external LMS supplier as required
  • Weekly management and updating of e-learning system

Talent Development Metrics

  • Monthly dashboard project
  • Report global monthly talent metrics to group
  • Monthly liaison with Finance Dept for cumulative talent metrics

Talent Development Team Support

  • Review TD information on internal and external web sites and advise re any necessary updates
    • Review course overviews and update as necessary
  • Travel and accommodation bookings for the Talent Development Team
  • Lunch/Dinner bookings for relevant courses
  • Manage the timely payment of invoices/expenses for the team
  • Manage the Talent Development content on Page Connect and The Source
  • Ad hoc project work

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will:

  • have some experience working within L&D or a passion for talent
  • have administrative experience
  • be available to start 1st August 2016
  • have a profesional services or financial services background
