About Our Client

An international organisation based in the Farnborough area

Job Description

* Supporting the sales team with important led processes such as non-standard pricing requests and quote preparation

* Answering specific inbound queries from the web/telephone or directing to the appropriate person/team

* Assisting with evaluations

* Acting as a point of control or escalation for inbound orders - validation/investigation and checking for any issues relating to pricing and processes that could delay processing

* Management of the on-boarding process for new channel partners

* Management of the booking validation process - cross referencing booked orders with the regional forecast

* Acting as a liaison point with Corporate/HQ in order to resolve issues impacting the productivity and success of the Sales team

* Support Sales Management by developing, enhancing and regularly producing a dashboard of key information metrics

* Assist in the delivery of training to the Sales team on new policies, procedures and use of tools

* Provide the Sales Team with relevant reports and create advanced reports on request

* Actively partake in the development of improved work flow and represent the UK region to ensure any specific requirements are taken in to consideration

* Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for QBRs and Management meetings as required

* Work on special projects as directed by the Sales Management Team

The Successful Applicant

A minimum of 18 month's experience in a B2B sales support role.
* Experience of using CRM's - ideally SalesForce.

* Solid MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

* Excellent Customer engagement and relationship building skills

* Strong communication, organisation and analytical skills.

* Excellent written communication, time management and project management skills.

* Ability to problem solve, with solid judgement and attention to detail.

* Excellent analytical skills

* Ability to work effectively cross functionally with other teams in the business.

* Team Player

What's on Offer

An inbound, administrative role. Does not require any selling.

This role is paying up to £28,000 based on experience.
