Job Description

The role of Supply Chain Administrator - High street Brand will entail:

  • Monitor flow of stock into the business across all channels in line with; Phase/Seasonal/Launch deadlines
  • Oversee keying of packing lists by Pune team
  • Communicating shortages / over delivery to Product Teams, to enable prompt resolution
  • Report on Supplier Compliance and Performance to promote improvement across all areas
  • Cleardown of residual stock, act as main point of contact for RTM and remedial work stock
  • Standardising the delivery paperwork across the business and enhancement of Supplier Manual content
  • Support Senior Supply Chain Coordinator where required with export duties / invoices and commodity code classifications
  • Perform PO house-keeping to ensure that no dates are past due, all PO's on the system are "live" across all departments.
  • Act as main point of contact for LIMA query resolution - become an Expert LIMA User
  • Execute/Develop/Build Daily/Weekly/Monthly Supply Chain reports in line with the departments objectives
  • Work closely with all departments and identify process improvements
  • Develop a close working relationship with the operational warehouse teams across all four sites
  • To complete any other duties as reasonably requested by the company to ensure the continuous development of the business and strategy

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the role of Supply Chain Administrator - High street Brand will have:

  • Previous experience within a import / export environment, or experience 3rd party track and trace system would be advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Highly organised, analytical in nature
  • Numerate with excellent attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills - previous experience with relationship building a bonus
  • Knowledge freight procedures would be beneficial
  • Experience of using Purchase Order Management / ERP system would be desirable
  • Experience working within Fashion Retail / Supply Chain / FMCG environment
