Our client, based in Bristol, are a leading multi-temperature food and drink supplier

Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, the Stock & Administration Manager will be responsible for a team of 9 Stock Controllers and Goods In Administrators. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing a high quality customer service to all internal and external customers as well as outside hauliers
  • Ensuring all inbound schedules are maintained, dealing with customer queries and claims in a timely and proactive manner
  • Recording and investigating all customer non-conformances in order to take corrective action
  • Making sure stock integrity is maintained
  • Controlling costs through managing the pallet administration functions
  • Producing accurate and timely departmental Key Performance Indicators
  • Examining internal and external procedures to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensuring ISO Quality standards are complied with
  • Ensuring all Company policies & procedures are adhered to

What's on Offer

The role of Stock & Administration Manager will pay a salary of £30,000-£32,000, Private Health Care, Company Pension Scheme, 22 days plus bank holidays and up to 5% bonus (performance related)
