Job Description

The aim of this position is to provide direct support to the president of the Company, participating in a pool of assistants, guaranteeing the achievement and follow-up of the issues related to the executive office, the organization and coordination of priorities in the schedule and leading initiatives and special projects. 

The Successful Applicant

Principal Responsabilities: 
a.  Organize executive office
b.  Schedule incoming and outgoing calls 
c.  Follow up priorities and commitments 
d.  Organize meetings and events with various executives
e.  Reception, classification and distribution of correspondence and  incoming and outgoing paperwork.
f.  Manage travels: expenses account, passports due date, Visas, internal coordination, luggage control.
g.  Provide support in personal matters: coordination with the domestic staff of each residence.
h.  Manage links with main stakeholders: Executives from the different companies and partnerships, Executive Committees, local referents, etc. 

a. At least 6 years of provable experience assisting Presidents, Directors or C level executives. 
b. Multi-tasked, dynamic and goal-oriented style 
c. Cross-cultural capacity to get quickly integrated in new environments
