About Our Client

Our client, a market leading accountancy firm, are looking for a Social Media Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis

Job Description

Duties of the Social Media Administrator include, but are not limited to:-

  • Take responsibility for a professional social media presence to include LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Develop and expand a positive social media presence across additional platforms
  • Maintain and update the company website
  • Manage and update databases
  • Upload files
  • Act as a key liaison between senior management and external stakeholders
  • Send out mailshots
  • Coordinate events and web-based seminars
  • Chase up management for relevant information
  • Distribute marketing literature
  • General administrative duties

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the role of a Social Media Administrator will possess:-

  • Strong IT skills to include MS Office and especially Excel
  • The ability to pick up in-house systems with ease
  • An excellent working knowledge of social media
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Able to work using their own initiative
  • A creative mind-set

What's on Offer

This is a part-time position up to 30 hours per week and can be based in Cardiff or Bridgend. The role would suit a bright graduate looking to develop marketing and administrative skills within a corporate environment.
