About Our Client

The successful Small Works Project Manager will be working in central London for a specialist in facilities management and be responsible for the coordination of internal and third party/vendor resources in the execution of projects within multi-tenanted office building.

Job Description

Working in corporate offices in London the successful candidate will expected to carry out:

  • Coordinate resources for the execution of refurbishment, repair and installation projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget
  • Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in Project planning
  • Strong commercial facilities maintenance background in multi tenanted offices
  • Clean Driving Licence
