About Our Client

Within the Public Sector and Government, this renowned Academy in South West London are offering a permanent role as a Site Manager

Job Description

A committed-full time Site Manager is required to ensure the safety, cleanliness and smooth operations of the Academy. The role will require you to:

  • Upkeep of heating, lighting, water, drainage and other services including the reporting of failures or dangers to the Head
  • The porterage of goods, furniture, equipment etc
  • Upkeep of the school gardens and school playground
  • Manning the school gates and traffic marshalling at the beginning and end of the school day
  • Health and Safety Co-ordinator and Lead Fire Warden
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of all buildings, facilities and their contents

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Manager will be:

  • Work proactively as part of the school administration team to ensure everything incidental and conductive to the smooth and efficient running of the school is carried out
  • Have a hands on approach and experience with working in a school environment
  • Liaise at all levels, both within and outside the organisation to protect the interests of the school
  • Be proactive and use initiative
