Job Description

You will be responsible for maintaining and building the Facilities Management desk specialising in Soft Services Recruitment.

Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiate the rates of business. You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery. Additionally you will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. Your goal is to build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of passionate team to maximise Page group's commercial performance.

As a Senior Consultant you will receive training to the highest standard, in order for you to take your career one step further, to pursue a management role in the future.

The Successful Applicant

You will either have:

  • An excellent track record of working towards sales and KPI targets
  • Sales experience
  • You may have worked in a KPI driven target environment and have worked towards sales targets before
  • A drive to succeed and progress towards a management role.
