Job Description

As the Payroll Officer, you will report into the Payroll Manager.

As a Payroll Officer your duties will include however not be limited to; responsible for processing all time sheets, expenses, sickness and absence information and assessing for accuracy, whilst ensuring all information is dealt with in a timely manner and processed in line with tight deadlines, setting up new records/new starters/leavers, reconciliations and BACs reports prepared, deal with enquiries from employees and managers to solve any issues, auto-Enrolment process and Tax process preparation.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous working knowledge of Sage - essential
  • Have previous working knowledge of payroll at a senior level - essential
  • Have excellent communication skills - essential
  • Have excellent Excel skills - essential
  • Must be immediately available
