My client is a successful business based in Reading.

Job Description

As the Payroll and Benefits Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all payrolls are paid accurately and on time and that all HMRC requirements are met
  • Managing a payroll team of 3-4 members of staff
  • Providing data as requested by internal and external auditors
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient annual salary review process is completed within the given timescales, engaging with stakeholders to support them throughout the process
  • Ensuring the annual bonus calculations and payments are completed within the given timescales
  • Pension scheme administration.
  • Managing benefit insurance policies
  • Managing the company's flexible benefits

In order to be considered for the role you will:

  • Be immediately available for work or available on short notice
  • Have previously worked in a similar role completing salary and process reviews
  • Have previously managed a small team
