Job Description

  • Responsibility for the end to end process of payroll;
  • To create strong working relationship with the dedicated operating companies, including building good working knowledge of the policies, procedures and payroll systems;
  • As a Senior Payroll administrator, the role will entail responsibilities such as handling HMRC, year end, P11D, Pensions company etc;
  • Build relationships that create trust and reassurance: To be a positive influence in the team as well as a good mentor to the junior administrator To be a positive influence with the HR and Finance community - communicating effectively and proactively to prevent issues occurring but when the need arises is able to ensure a speedy resolution.

The Successful Applicant

2-4 years of payroll experience;

Ideally have some kind of payroll qualification Candidate's CV will demonstrate evidence of qualification;

Ideally have experience of end to end payroll process from start to finish this includes; taking responsibility for the whole payroll, overtime, sickness, pensions journal and running the payroll;

Confident and sociable personality who has had experience of working with HR and a larger environment;
