About Our Client

My client is a large, international business that is currently growing it's UK operations.

Job Description

As the Senior Office Assistant you will be working with the admin and finance function, booking international travel and accommodation, managing meeting room bookings, managing all vendor relationships and ensuring that that all items are invoiced and paid on time. You will also ensure that the office is fully fitted out, including ordering all equipment for new starters and managing all new starter inductions. As part of the role you will also coordinate all staff recruitment, and ensure that all health and safety policies are up to date.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Senior Office Assistant MUST:

  • Have worked in an Admin and Secretarial support role previously
  • Be confident in the management of multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively via letter, email, telephone and face to face
  • Have a "can do" attitude
  • Be confident in the implementation of new policies and procedures

What's on Offer

£25,000 + pension + healthcare

This role will progress to an Office Manager role, the salary will reflect this
