About Our Client

This is a new Senior HR Advisor Role working for a very exciting client, leader of the market, with innovation, progress and new opportunities always at the forefront of their business strategies. This is a role based in Banbury one of hundreds of sites within the UK and plenty more worldwide.

Job Description

The successful Senior HR Advisor will be shadowing the HR Business Partner within the Human Resources and Personnel department and be responsible for:

  • All general HR functions from Admin to Rec and ER

Ad-hoc projects would involve:

  • Deployment of assigned projects, ensuring that both processes and behaviours are successfully changed to ensure benefits realisation.
  • Working on multiple projects at any one time.
  • Working with multiple stakeholders often with conflicting priorities.
  • Communicating effectively with Trade Union Officials and Employee Reps.
  • TUPE's in / out, reorganisations, policy & process changes, legislation updates, corporate change initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • CIPD qualification desirable
  • Strong HR Generalist background, with good practical understanding of UK employment law and industrial relations
  • Ability to influence and impact at all levels
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Strong project management experience
  • Demonstrable knowledge of delivery of large scale and / or multiple projects & change initiatives
