Job Description

- Reporting to the HR Manager

- Telephone based and face to face on site support regional and site based facilities management team on ER matters, including, absence, disciplinary, capability and disputes

- Accurately manage the compensation & benefits administration & record-keeping including all aspects of contractual arrangements, support on payroll matters, support on administration of the company's pension scheme, Cycle to Work and Child Care Voucher Schemes.

- Efficiently assist with recruitment across the organisation ensuring a quality candidate experience and a well-structured and controlled process from advertising to induction.

- Accurately & promptly assist the HR Manager & site / regional managers with the administrative process for all disciplinary proceedings, including letter generation, note taking and advice.

- Process new starter and leaver documentation, including undertaking exit interviews

- Provide tailored training and development to management groups through webex, face to face coaching and other mechanisms

- Manage the company's engagement strategy, conducting pulse and annual surveys across the business and provide management information on outputs / actions

- Support management groups on undertaking appraisal and review discussions, ensuring that they have the right skills sets and knowledge to undertake formal processes

- Support the HR Manager on policy and procedural reviews and implementation of new processes in conjunction with relevant legislation and regulations.

- Act as a business partner to relevant management groups, understanding commercial and operational commitments and aligning HR which is fit for purpose

- Ensure that all pay, compensation and benefits information is up to date and relevant and continuous benchmarking within similar industries for competitive edge is undertaken and MI provided to the HRM

The Successful Applicant

- Ideally working towards CIPD professional development

- Desire to travel (UK only)

- Ability to exhibit confidence and conviction when supporting senior leaders within the business

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Confident IT skills, particularly - presentation skills

- Confident in knowledge of ER and Employment Law with an ability to communicate policy at grassroots level
