About Our Client

My client is a multi award winning employer in Nottingham, who currently has a vacancy in their complaints resolution centre for a new team member. They are a very reputable employer with state of the art open plan offices with exceptional on site facilities.

Job Description

The job role will include;

  • To respond to inbound letters, phone calls and other customer contact methods
  • Respond to complaints using predominantly letters but also other methods (e.g. Telephone, email) to establish a strong relationship throughout the process
  • Communicate in a clear and understandable manner
  • Fully investigate the underlying issues of the complaints
  • Follow a predetermined process and also use judgement to decide on appropriate resolution for each complaint
  • Use interpretation to ensure a complete understanding of complaint drivers
  • Make decisions within guidelines to help reach a one stop resolution
  • Balance business needs with customer demands to reach appropriate resolution
  • Take ownership for complaint to ensure resolved first time
  • Always leave the customer with a positive impression of the company
  • Maintain efficient call and case control

The candidate we are looking for will ideally have experience of some or most of the duties listed. In addition to this, you will need a great attitude, be willing to learn, fully embrace the team culture and be a 'people person' who wants to make a difference.
