Job Description

* Collections and recoveries leadership role within migration
* Responsible for collections customer contact strategies, design, delivery and control
* The operationalsing of credit strategy through, systems and process
* Ownership for prioritisation, agreement and delivery of departmental change agenda
* Leadership of the collections system technical team; responsible for the leadership of resolution of technical issues and incidents related to collections system
* Fostering of collaborative and delivery focused relationship with credit risk

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will work closely with operational and support areas to understand performance and the key issues. There will also be a need to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders in other areas of the business.

Other key requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of regulatory landscape that collections and recoveries operate within
- Strong leader who is proactive, self motivated and able to work in ambiguity, who can nurture and build talent within their team
- Ability to deal with change, adapt and react appropriately to meet business needs
